Built  in a horseshoe shape around a large oval shaped swimming pool (between 4’ & 5’ deep) that shines like a  jewel in the Crown when lit up at night, the villa is perfect  for private daytime and nocturnal swimming. 

Sevilla Retreat offers five en-suite bedroom accommodation which includes a  detached open plan studio apartment. Three bedrooms in the villa open out through sliding doors onto the veranda around pool. The living room in the villa opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating overlooking the pool. The studio apartment,  which is literally one minute walk from the living room front door,  is very spacious and open plan with its own kitchen and shower room.

GROCERIES

Guests  pay for their own food supplies directly with the local supermarket. However, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged at no extra cost prior to guests arrival, and guests are required to settle their bill as soon as they have had a chance to settle in. We can also arrange for someone to visit the villa from the supermarket before departure to collect payment. 

STAFF

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is included. Housekeeping is not available weekends or public holidays unless by prior arrangement, please enquire for details. 

Chef

Our chef is included in the price of  your holiday. There is an extra cost  for Jamaican public holidays (USD 75 per day paid to the chef directly.)  If guests would like the chef to cook breakfast for departure days the cost is US$40 to be paid directly to the chef thank you. 

Waitress 

Waitress service is also available on request for an additional fee. Please enquire for more details or if you have any special requests thank you. 

Security 

Our security, groundsman and pool maintenance man lives adjacent to the property and is available as and  when required in with the price. 

Personal washing

There is an additional charge for personal washing US$ 10 per load payable to the cleaning staff. 

BEACH

Guests will be given a beach pass on arrival to access our  private resident's beach which is less than 10 minutes walk the other side of the golf course. The beach  is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun. The  beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs.

The villa has a rich history since Bob Marley and his crew came to Villa Sevilla (VS) to discuss politics and music when the property was first designed and built by a well known Italian builder.
